What is Spiritual Life Coaching...

For me, it is difficult to always explain or understand why Spiritual Life Coaching works; it just does.  There is an element of the unknown, mixed with small miracles of manifestation, and ultimately the quiet assurance that we are all one and as such, our lives are intertwined and our possibilities unlimited.

It is this shift in knowing that is the true joy of coaching.  One day you are stuck in your story and the next I can see the light in and around you; you radiate the shift that has taken place within.

None of this takes place without some effort on your part, and some ingenuity on  my part, as it is often those things that you are resisting that hold the deepest healing and opportunity for growth.  To even fathom moving into and through that deep place in the beginning feels daunting and too much to ask.  As if it isn't enough to wade through the emotions, begin to see the pattern you've been in for most of your life then embrace the possibility that you "may" have had something to do with your outcome, it is then that I ask, "are you open to forgiving  _________ and yourself, and seeing that __________ was simply holding a space for your growth?  Ask any client who has been through this process, and they will tell you that it is at this point when they question, how badly do I want to heal?

The answer lies in willingness; how willing are you to repeat this pattern in your life?  If you are reading this right now, you are beginning to answer that question.  Only you know the answer; I simply support you while you uncover it and the infinite possibilities that lie beyond.
