
I believe that each of us has a dream. If we are fortunate, we discover early that we have a certain talent and it is recognized and developed by the people who we look to for guidance. Or, we find our passion through education and move single-mindedly toward our goal. Myself, I am still watching my dream unfold.
As a child I was taught that all things were possible and I had a role to play in creating possibilities out of what appeared to be the impossible. Further, this role would extend beyond me to the lives of others. My family provided me a very good springboard to propel my life forward; and yet, I still felt there was something more for me that I could not define.

In both scenarios I coordinated and collaborated with government and/or academic agencies, community organizations, service providers, etc. to find my youth services, jobs, scholarships, mentors, whatever we felt was needed to move them along in their journey to the next step. During the later part of my second year at InnerVisions, I was offered a coaching position with Inspire, Inc. I joined the Inspire team, became their Manager of Coaching, and was on-staff until November of 2007. I currently maintain a relationship with Inspire as a Referral Coach.
Creating my own coaching business utilizing the experiences I have had and the training I have received is my dream. It has taken Faith (thus the name faythenme) to step out on my own and make my dream become my reality.
